Omega Capsules contain Omeprazole 20 mg or 40 mg in alu-alu blisters of 2x7, and in vials containing omeprazole sodium 42.6 mg equivalent to 40 omeprazole. Omeprazole belongs to a class of drugs known as proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) and is used for the treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD), peptic ulcers, and Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome.
